Our Journey

This last weekend was Pei Chyi’s birthday. And since she’s never had a surprise birthday party, I decided to throw one for her, with the help of some great friends.

We started planning the surprise from a month ago. Pei Chyi only thought that the 2 of us were spending a weekend alone in Port Dickson. After lunch, we drove down to PD to a condo that belonged to Sharon’s family friend.

Pei Chyi didn’t suspect a thing. When we opened the door to the apartment she was so surprised to see Billy, Vivien, Sharon and Josie waiting. She said later that her heart was pounding because she was really freaked out.

We then spent the weekend eating (and drinking), playing cards, swimming and just hanging out. Thanks everyone for a fantastic weekend.

Pei Chyi, hope you had a great birthday. Love you.
